Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
The following shipping methods are available, First Class (2-9 business days), Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we ship to U.S.A., Canada and other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $5 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Gift Cards, Custom Invitations, Custom Canvas and Photo Center purchases.
Free Shipping on Thousands of Items
Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout. Must select ground shipping at checkout. Oversized charges may apply. Offer valid on Michaels.com only. Entire order ships free with qualifying item purchase.
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

E-Gift Card Orders
To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST, pending payment authorization.
You can also schedule a delivery for the date of your choice. All E-Gift cards are redeemable online and in store.

Custom orders, digital files, subscription boxes, mystery items, and custom designs are NOT refundable.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your care issuer's policies.
